Axiom Cleaning Service cleans homes on Montreal’s South Shore, in Longueuil and Brossard. Longueuil: older plexes and family houses
Longueuil mixes very different housing. Vieux-Longueuil has older duplexes, triplexes and character homes; Saint-Hubert and Greenfield Park are mostly single-family houses with yards and basements; and there are apartment buildings around the Longueuil metro. What that means for your clean:
- Older homes: original wood trim, radiators and deep window sills collect dust. Detailed dusting of edges, ledges and baseboards is part of a deep clean.
- Plex units: we clean inside your unit. Shared stairs, exterior staircases and balconies aren’t included.
- Family houses: finished basements are cleaned like any other room; unfinished spaces aren’t included.
Brossard: new builds and condos
Brossard has grown fast, with newer houses in its residential sectors and condo buildings around Quartier DIX30 and the REM stations. Newer homes have their own cleaning needs:
- Glass and stainless steel. Large windows, glass shower doors and stainless appliances show every fingerprint and water spot. Showers and glass are descaled; interior windows (glass, sills, tracks) are part of a deep clean.
- Just moved into a new build? Builder dust and sticker residue are common. A post-renovation clean handles construction dust, tape, stickers and paint residue.
- Condo logistics. Let us know about building access, visitor parking and elevator rules when you book.
Bi-weekly cleaning on the South Shore
Our core service is bi-weekly cleaning: one assigned cleaner, every two weeks, same day and time. If your cleaner is sick, a backup covers the visit. Cleaners arrive fully equipped, we only work with experienced cleaners, and we’re insured through Desjardins. There’s no contract; start with a first clean and continue only if you’re happy.
Recurring clients also earn a continuity bonus: free oven cleaning at the 6th clean, free fridge cleaning at the 12th, and $200 off a deep clean at the 24th.
Deep cleaning and move cleaning
A deep clean covers what regular visits don’t: behind and under appliances and movable furniture, walls and baseboards, vents and ceilings, steam-treated grout and tile, and interior windows. For a move, move-in and move-out cleaning adds the inside of cabinets, drawers and closets in an empty home, which is handy around the July 1 moving period. Deep cleans are done by 2 to 3 cleaners, Thursday to Saturday, with a quote within 24 hours.

I just moved into a new construction home. Which clean do I need?
If there’s construction dust, tape or paint residue, book a post-renovation clean. If the home is simply empty and needs a full clean before you move in, a move-in clean is the right fit.
Do you clean balconies or exterior stairs?
No. Outdoor areas such as balconies, patios, exterior stairs and garages aren’t included.
