Why post-renovation cleaning is different
A regular clean is designed for everyday dust and grime. After drywall, sanding, tiling or painting, the problem is different:
- Fine dust spreads everywhere, including rooms that weren’t renovated. It sits on top of door frames, inside vents, on baseboards and in window tracks.
- Residue sticks. Painter’s tape, protective film, stickers on new fixtures and packaging leftovers need to be removed without scratching new surfaces.
- Paint splatters hide in details: window frames, grout lines, fixtures and floors along the walls.
- One pass isn’t enough. Dust has to be removed from the top down (ceilings and vents first, floors last), or it just settles again.

When to book
Book the clean for after the trades are completely finished, including touch-ups. If a painter or electrician comes back after the clean, new dust comes with them. A good rule: schedule your post-renovation clean once the last contractor has packed up, and before your furniture goes back in if possible.

What’s not included
We clean finished living spaces. We don’t clean unfinished rooms, exterior windows, outdoor areas (balconies, patios, garages), or do carpet and fabric shampooing. We also don’t haul away construction waste, leftover materials or large debris; your contractor should remove those before we arrive.
After the renovation: keep it clean
Once your home is back to normal, bi-weekly cleaning keeps it that way, with the same cleaner every visit and no contract.

Can you clean right after the contractors leave?
Yes, once all work is finished, including paint touch-ups. Cleaning between trades usually means cleaning twice.
Do you remove construction waste?
No. We remove dust, residue, tape, stickers and small packaging leftovers. Large debris and leftover materials should be removed by your contractor.
Do I need to provide anything?
No. The team arrives fully equipped.
