How much does house cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so the price depends on your home: its size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, its current condition, and the type of clean (regular bi-weekly visits, deep clean, move-in/move-out or post-renovation). How do I get a quote?
For bi-weekly cleaning, use our online quote page; it takes a few minutes. For deep cleaning, move-in/move-out or post-renovation cleaning, use the deep clean quote page, and you’ll get a quote within 24 hours with an estimate of how long the job will take.
What if a deep clean takes more or less time than estimated?
The price is adjusted on the day to match the actual time needed, up or down.
Do you reward recurring clients?
Yes, with our continuity bonus: free oven cleaning at your 6th clean, free fridge cleaning at your 12th, and $200 off a deep clean at your 24th.
What’s included
What’s the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular bi-weekly clean keeps your home clean between visits. A deep clean is a top-to-bottom reset that also covers behind and under appliances and movable furniture, walls and baseboards, detailed dusting of vents, edges and ceilings, steam-treated grout and tile, interior windows (glass, sills and tracks), degreased counters and cabinet faces, a descaled sink, and descaled and sanitized showers, tubs and glass. What’s included in move-in / move-out cleaning?
Everything in the deep clean, plus the inside of cabinets, drawers and closets. The home must be empty. See move-in and move-out cleaning.
What’s included in post-renovation cleaning?
Everything in the deep clean, plus construction dust removal, debris and residue cleanup (tape, stickers, packaging), and extra attention to paint residue. See post-renovation cleaning.

Your cleaner
Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes. With bi-weekly cleaning, you’re assigned one cleaner who comes every visit, on the same day and at the same time.
What happens if my cleaner is sick?
A backup cleaner covers the visit so your schedule doesn’t change.
Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
No. Cleaners arrive fully equipped. You don’t need to provide anything.
Are your cleaners experienced? Are you insured?
We only work with experienced cleaners, and Axiom Cleaning Service is insured through Desjardins.
How many cleaners come for a deep clean?
A team of 2 to 3 cleaners. Deep cleans (including move and post-renovation cleans) run Thursday to Saturday.
Booking, contract and cancellations
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime.
How do I start?

How should I prepare for my first cleaning?
