Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for cleaners who take pride in their work and care about doing things right. You don’t need years of experience — just a great attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
Experience (Preferred)
Previous cleaning experience is an asset — especially in residential or deep cleaning. However, we also welcome fast learners with strong attention to detail.
Reliability
We value dependability. Showing up on time and consistently delivering quality work is key to success on our team.
Punctuality
Being on schedule shows professionalism and respect for our clients’ time. Timeliness is a must.
Vehicle Access
Many of our jobs require travel between homes. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential.
Great Attitude
We’re big on teamwork and positive energy. A good attitude goes a long way — for both clients and coworkers.
Physical Ability
You should be able to lift light to moderate weight (up to 25 lbs) and handle the physical aspects of cleaning safely and efficiently.
